Arrest Made In Summer Fire Drug Lab Explosion

Nearly four months after a fire that damaged one home and destroyed a neighboring one, a South Nevada County man has been arrested. The fire, that occurred in early August, had caused major injuries to the suspect, 36-year-old Charles Earl and he had needed some time to recover. Investigators say the blaze was sparked by a drug lab explosion. District Attorney Cliff Newell says Earl is charged with four felonies….

Earl made his first court appearance Monday, with his formal arraignment and plea delayed until December 8th.
