Lovelady says no one was injured, with the bullets striking a boat in the driveway and a detached shed. He says Voelz was later arrested at the couple’s home in Alta Sierra, on Connie Drive. He’s currently facing three felony charges. There were no other details available regarding what sparked the dispute.
