The girl was 15 at the time, in 2018. Walsh says it’s believed the activity had been going on for at least several months…
Sentencing had been scheduled for April but had been delayed, due to coronavirus restrictions at the courthouse that have been in place for around two months. Walsh says there’d been some concern about Ramirez being out on bail regarding such crimes and was glad there were no further delays, like there have been for so many other cases.
