ASA-NC at the Fair

Americans for Safe Access Nevada County will be present at the Nevada County Fair over the next week. Chairperson Patricia Smith says that the organization will have an information booth as well as gathering signatures for the proposed new marijuana ordinance.

For ASA NC members or other citizens that are interested in volunteering in the booth, Smith ASA-NC is having a pre-fair meeting this evening.

According to Smith, ASA-NC has gathered over 2000 signatures in support of placing the proposed marijuana cultivation ordinance on the ballot over the past couple of weeks;  and she hopes to be at 7500 signatures following the fair.
