Asian Tales of Terror On Sunday

It’s a different take on Halloween, but one that promises to be very entertaining. The Community Asian Theater of the Sierra presents ‘Asian Tales of Terror’. CATS Executive Director Jeannie Wood says a half-dozen cultural ghost stories will be theatrically told.

A man-woman duo who call themselves Eth-Noh-Tec present the stories in what Wood calls a “feast for the senses”.

Wood says the stories are appropriate for about age eight and up. ‘Asian Tales of Terror’ will be presented Sunday at 2pm at the Nevada Theatre in Nevada City. Tickets are 20 dollars in advance (at The Bookseller and Briar Patch or online at catsweb.org) or 23 dollars at the door.
