Assemblywoman Talks Single-Payer Bill’s Demise

A bill that would switch California to a single-payer health care system died in the legislature last week without so much as a vote. Republican Assemblywoman Megan Dahle talked at length about the problems with the bill.


Dahle says residents in the state were not ready for that type of legislation.
