But the hardest hit area appears to be Rough and Ready, the only area that still has mandatory evacuations in effect, or 818 homes. Meanwhile, the Cascade Fire, north of Collins Lake in Yuba County, has destroyed 12,349 acres, with 20% containment. And two people are confirmed to have died.
