Attempt to “Mend” Relationship Lands Suspects in Jail

A couple sitting in a parked car in a remote area claimed to be trying to fix a broken relationship when a sheriff deputy shined a light on the vehicle in which they were sitting. Sheriff Keith Royal says the car was parked in the area of Banner Mountain Trail and Little Deer Creek.  The officer put a spotlight on the car and made contact with the driver Donald Mendenhall 43, and passenger Raquel Larimer 28 and also noticed two hypodermic needle covers on the dashboard. The officer ran their information and made an interesting discovery.
