Attendance Light So Far At Distance Learning Ctr

The new resource center at the Nevada County Fairgrounds to help students with no or poor internet access for distance learning has been lightly attended so far. The lease agreement with the county, for the center, has also meant 450-thousand dollars in much-needed revenue for the Fairgrounds. About half the money from the county comes from the Coronavirus Relief Fund. It’s open 8:15am to 2pm weekdays. Free breakfasts and lunches are also available.
