ATV Crash on The Ridge Saturday

During North San Juan Fire Department’s Open House and first annual life jacket give away on Saturday, the North San Juan Fire Dept. got called out for an ATV accident in the far eastern part of their district.

The ATV driver was located 3 miles down a dirt road with multiple injuries from crashing his ATV into a tree. North San Juan EMT’s together with CAL FIRE firefighters from Station 42 treated the patient at scene, Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital ambulance transported the patient to the CalStar air ambulance. The patient got flown to a trauma center in Sacramento valley. Condition unknown at this time.
