Auburn Man Indicted By Federal Grand Jury

According to the news release from the U-S Attorney’s Office, Mason manufactured two such rifles for an ATF confidential informant, despite being told that the informant had been in prison, prohibiting him from possessing a firearm. The second count refers to manufacturing marijuana. During execution of the search warrant on Mason’s property, Lee says officers found 24 mature marijuana plants…

Eight and a half pounds of processed marijuana was also seized. If convicted, Mason faces a maximum prison sentence of five years and a maximum fine of 250-thousand dollars.
