B-and-C New Dropoff Point for Fluorescent Bulbs

Castleberry says they will be accepting the fluorescent tubes as well as the C-F-L bulbs. Due to state regulations, the B-and-C dropoff is limited to residential customers only. Businesses will still have to use the McCourtney Road Transfer Station.
