Banner Man Arrested for Assault

A Banner Mountain resident was assaulted by his son when he checked on him after hearing noises coming from his room. According to Sheriff Keith Royal, the adult son of a 70 year old man lived in a partitioned part of the house separated by a locked door. The father heard breaking glass coming from his son’s room.

Hassan-Babin,-Eric1The father was eventually able to get away from his son. Eric Babin was arrested at the hospital where he was being treated for his head wound and charged with assault and elder abuse due to the age of the victim.
