Participants can arrive as early as 7 Sunday morning. Kickoff activities begin at 8am. The swim starts at 9, followed by the bicycle competition, and capped off by the run/walk. You can also still register just for that event, for a 30 dollar charge. Also, a reminder that the launch ramp on the Cascade Shores side of the lake will be closed, starting Saturday afternoon at 1, to make way for setup activities.
