Land Trust Kicks Off Fundraising Campaign

Twenty-thousand acres by 2020. That’s the goal of the Bear Yuba Land Trust’s ‘Save Land’ campaign, which is now underway. The land trust will be highlighting some of their recent acquisitions during the campaign, including an 857-acre conservation easement in the Lindsey Lakes area off of Bowman Road…

That area is also considered primary hawk habitat. To donate, or for more information about the land trust and the ‘Save Land’ campaign, you can go to their website at b-y-l-t dot-org. An anonymous donor has agreed to match total contributions up to a total of 40-thousand dollars.
