Beason Recognized By Board for Contributions as Chair

The Nevada County Board of Supervisors has new leadership. Tuesday morning the Board voting District 2 Supervisor Ed Scofield as the chairperson and District Three Supervisor Dan Miller as Vice Chair for 2015.

BOS2015aWith the passing of the gavel to Supervisor Ed Scofield, the current Board of Supervisors recognized outgoing chairperson Nate Beason. Scofield presented Beason with a plaque and was the first to share his thoughts about the District 1 Supervisor.

District 5 Supervisor Richard Anderson thanked Beason for his organization and efficiency.
