There was a packed house at the Northridge Restaurant in Nevada City Monday night as lots of supporters came out for 50 year old Dale Thomas, a quadriplegic veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps who’s San Juan Ridge home needs extensive repairs to accommodate his disabilility. Fred Buhler with Friends of Nevada County Military says a small project grew into a major home renovation after it was learned that Dale Thomas couldn’t get his mail, because his driveway was in disrepair.
