With a new Board in place at  the NCTV Digital Media Center, newly appointed President of the Board Keith Davies says other important positions have been filled.

Keith Logan, as a paid consultant, will work closely with Dan Holler, former Grass Valley City Administrator who has taken an interest in the future of NCTV.

The Board also appointed Cheryl Nobel as Secretary, Dai Meagher as Treasurer, and Syris Metara as Vice President.

At Next Monday’s board meeting  Davies says they will consider expanding the board from 7 to 9 members.  Gil Dominguez of Touchdown Productions has expressed an interest in being on the board, and the board  will get reports from standing Committees.

Davies says the new NCTV Board has a clear picture and a good path for the next 90 days, after which they expect to hire a new Executive Director.
