Body Investigation By Nevada Co Off I-80

A body was discovered near the last Eastbound I-80 exit in California, in Nevada County, early Monday morning. Sheriff’s Captain Jeff Pettit says it was seen under the overpass at Farad Road by a passing motorist. And it’s being treated as a suspicious death….

Pettit says the cause of death and the identity are still being determined…

Pettit says nothing has been ruled out yet, as to whether the death was accidental or deliberate.
