Both Parties Support Rural Hospital Legislation

Lawmakers from both parties are joining forces to support Assembly Bill 900 which would undo Medi-Cal cuts to hospital-based skilled nursing services. Northern California Assemblyman Brian Dahle and Senator Jim Nielsen who both represent Nevada County, support the legislation introduced by Democrat Luis Alejo of Watsonville. Dahle says the cuts to Medi-Cal don’t make sense in rural counties.
