Break-In at Hot Dog Heaven

Someone broke into the Hot Dog Heaven and Sandwich Shop located in the Holiday Shopping Center at   Dorsey Drive and East Main Street in Grass Valley.  The manager of the eatery, Shane Harbour says the break-in occurred when it was still dark this morning.

The business has a security camera and   Grass Valley Police Sgt. Steve Johnson says an officer responded to the scene.

Hot Dog heaven and Sandwich Shop is open for customers today  but a piece of plywood is installed where the window was broken.  Sgt. Johnson says, the police department has been seeing an increase in property theft.*

Harbour says it doesn’t appear a geat deal of money was taken from the cash register , but it will cost over $350 dollars to replace the storefront window.

This is the second time there's been a break-in here. I hope the owner doesn't keep any money on the premises overnight.
