Owners of the Lamp Doctor Business located at 1255 East Main Street in Grass Valley are hoping someone will come forward with information about a break- in at the business that occurred Sunday December 30th.  Arnold Goldberg, says his step son who owns the business discovered the breakin when he arrived at work Monday morning and found the front window smashed…the Cash Register and bank bag gone and a 6 foot tall 200 pound  brass and tiffany glass lamp valued at $10,000 was missing.

Goldberg says The base of the lamp is a brass Dolphin with a mermaid on it’s back.

Goldberg estimates losses at $30,000  between the items taken and damage done inside the business.

Anyone with information about the break-in or who may have seen the 6 foot tall brass lamp is asked to call Grass Valley Police.
