Briar Patch Co-op in Grass Valley had posted their spring schedule for their cooking classes.  Stephanie Mandel is the Marketing Manager over at Briar Patch and says the classes cover a huge variety of foods.

Classes are held at the Briar Patch Co-op Community Cooking School at 648 Zion Street in Nevada City.  There are only about 10 available spots in each class, so popular ones fill up pretty quickly.
