Brick Sales Fund New Sound System for Ali Gym

As anyone knows who attends  events at Nevada Union Ali Gymnasium, the sound system isn’t the best quality. Now, thanks to the NU Parents Club, they will be getting a new one.

Niko Johnson is on the Board of the NU Parents Club. She says they have two methods of raising funds for the project. One is a portion of the $20 parents pay annually to join the club the other is the commemorative bricks being sold.

Johnson says they will be selling bricks until they get enough money to buy the new sound system.

The Bricks may be purchased by anyone in the community, you don’t have to be attending Nevada Union to buy one. The Parents club will also accept cash donations from people in the community. The goal is to have the new sound system in Ali Gymnasium by next Fall.
