They moved up the completion date of the project, and now they’ve moved it up again. The work on Brunswick Road is done, and the road is now open. The Nevada County Public Works Department issued a release saying “over the past two days, Hansen Brothers Enterprises has completed the road by paving and striping ahead of schedule, and is finalizing site cleanup and equipment removal.

By expediting the final paving and striping work, the county can safely re-open the road to all traffic.” The work to install new drains and re-pave the roadway south of East Bennett Road was originally supposed to be completed by August 11, then revised to this weekend. The road was re-scheduled to open at 7am, but opened even earlier.
