Butte County Wildfire Darkens Skies Here

A major wildfire in the Butte County foothills has been darkening skies in Nevada County today. The so-called North Complex Fire has scorched at least a-thousand acres. A number of evacuation orders have been issued, including to the town of La Porte and Little Grass Valley Reservoir. There are also warnings for residents living in the communities of Feather Falls and Clipper Mills.
