Butterfly Garden of Remembrance Supports Hospice

The Friends of Hospice Butterfly Garden of Remembrance will be setting up in the lawn at Hooper and Weaver Mortuary again this Memorial Day Weekend. Friends of Hospice volunteer Suzanne Reese says this is the 17th year that they have made the garden available for people to post a card with their own message about their lost loved ones. She says It’s not too late to get a card filled out and have it attached to one of the Butterfly’s.

There is no charge to just come out to walk through the Butterfly Garden but there is a suggested donation of $15 to make out a remembrance card and have it laminated. The cards are returned to family members after the event.
