Cal Fire Briefs Residents on Robbers Fire

Residents in the area of the the Robbers Fire burning in Placer County packed the Veterans Hall in Foresthill this morning to receive an update from Cal fire .  Cal Fire Information officer Brice Bennett has this detailed report on what the fire is doing .
Cal Fire 9a.m. update

There will be 14-hundred personnel on the fire today, the Robbers Fire burning between Foresthill and Colfax  has grown to 1,157 acres in size and is still listed at 10 percent contained. Firefighters have been aided by the light 4-5 mile an hour winds this morning, but this afternoon winds are expected to pick up to 15 miles per hour.
