California WorldFest At the Fairgrounds July 14-17

California WorldFest is celebrating 20 years of music from performers around the world and this year the assortment of styles of music promises to please a wide variety of musical tastes. While the festival has been around for 20 years this is only the second year that it is being produced by the Center for the Arts, where Julie Baker is the Executive Director.

From big-name crowd pleasers  like Boz Scaggs to new discoveries, Baker says the festival will provide lots of choices on various stages through out the fairgrounds.

And there’s a special offer for local residents to take in the festival on opening night, Thursday July 14th.

Baker says also this year there will be a Conscious Living and Global Indigenous Peoples Village, Over 50 Dance,Music and Health Workshops, Youth and Family Activities, and Food and Artisan Vendors. The full Schedule and tickets are available at www.worldfest.net.
