CalTrans Sweeper Blows Tire Slows Traffic

A CalTrans construction vehicle became disabled and blocked traffic in the slow lane of Highway 20/49 near Brunswick Road for about 90 minutes Thursday afternoon. CHP Officer Greg Tassone says that the vehicle had a major problem with a tire and axle assembly.

Traffic was slow between 3:40 and just after 5:00 PM.
