Can State Agencies change Culture, Logue asks

Business isn’t the enemy and state agencies should recognize that, State Assemblyman Dan Logue says. Logue, who represents the Third District, is holding a town meeting Wednesday in Chico after learning of problems businesses here had with the State Department of Labor. He raised concerns with California State Labor Commissioner Julie Su.
