Nevada County Sheriff Keith Royal says a lot of the front yard signs are being ripped off, but thieves now, are going after the larger ones.

Royal says it seems that sign thefts increase the closer we get to an election.

It’s also a crime. Royal says it’s a misdemeanor, but can result in fines or even possible jail time.

Can people have the signs after the election? Seems like the politicians leave their signs up way beyond the legal limits. I will report all it see beyond the legal limits.
