Car Accident After Church

A two car collision dramatically ended a church service for one local woman. CHP Public Information Officer Marc Morrison says a  92 year old Nevada City woman driving a 2005 Lexus was leaving a church service on Christian Life Way, Sunday in the late morning. The woman turned left on Highway 49 directly into the path of another car. Officer Morrison describes what happened.

The 78 year old woman driving a 1998 Acura could not avoid the accident. Both woman received bloody noses and pain from the seat belts and the accident. both of the driver decided to see their own doctors. The accident remains under investigation by the CHP.
