Car Break-in Suspect Caught in GV

A woman awoken by her car alarm called 911 and Grass Valley Police responded to the address near Whiting Street and conducted an area search of the neighborhood. Sgt. Clint Bates says officers discovered a suspect rummaging through a car.

Investigation lead to the suspect being tied to other reported break-ins that evening.

Bates says the case remains under investiogation because no less than seven similar break-ins have been reported in the same area.
