Car-To-Car Shot Fired Incident Considered Random

No arrest, so far, after a car-to-car shooting that occurred over the past weekend on Highway 49 in Yuba County, with the victims found later in Nevada County. Carbah says there was no indication of road rage and the victims were unable to provide any specific suspect information.
