Newell says the prior strike against 24-year-old James Zinola-Young was for making a terrorist threat. He says Zinola-Young also had several other prior felony convictions. Other charges that were dismissed were assault with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment by violence. It happened on Yuba Bet Road near Jokers Wild Lane. Under the plea agreement, Zinola-Young is scheduled to sentenced, on September 11th, to 11 years and 4 months in prison.
