Cascade Shores Shooting Victim Identified

A man found shot to death in the Cascade Shores area has been identified as 36-year-old Paul Scola. Nevada County Sheriff Keith Royal says they initially responded to a call of gunshots at a home on Pawnee trail Tuesday morning…

Scola was also found with a gun. Royal says neither murder nor suicide have been ruled out….

Royal says all involved parties are accounted for, no suspects are at large, with interviews still being conducted. He could not say whether Scola lived at the home, nor where the body was found.
