The Centennial Reservoir project is in the environmental review process, with a report not due out until next year. It is N-I-D’s hope to have the reservoir built by 2021, the hundredth anniversary of the irrigation district.

The beautiful yellow sign with Mother Earth on it was designed by a young Osage woman in Fairfax, OK, Erika Moore. I have had the shirt for many months since her grandmother is a friend of mine.
