CEO: Hospital is Quiet, Gloves Unnecessary

Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital is a quiet place these days. They fortunately haven’t seen the surge in coronavirus cases they were preparing and training for, but they’ve also postponed all elective surgeries. Hospital Chief Executive Officer Doctor Brian Evans says this still isn’t quite the time to resume normal operations, but they are talking about it…

There hasn’t been a confirmed coronavirus case reported in Nevada County in over a week. There have been a total of 34 cases in the county, with one death.
