The store will stay open, but under a new name and DeMartini says they will continue to create compounded medicines for their customers, but the regular prescriptions have all been transferred over to Walgreens.  Demartini says he tried to sell to another independent pharmacist but he couldn’t find a buyer.

Anyone who has had a prescription with SpringHill Pharmacy should now go to Walgreens located at the corner of Brunswick and Sutton Way. DeMartini says pharmacist Julianne Lay will continue to work with him making compounds for customers and the gift and greeting card and other front end retail items will still be stocked at the store. But the name and hours will change…

When their new sign is made it will read DeMartini Compounding Center , and if you call Springhill Pharmacy today your call will be automatically transferred to Walgreens.
