Chase Crash and DUI Arrest in Nevada City

Which, Foley says, only lasted a couple of minutes. He says Acklin went the wrong way on Church Street, hitting a parked vehicle, a wall, and a railing, before crashing near the courthouse, with the vehicle ending up on its roof in the Women of Worth parking lot. She then tried to run away, but was arrested on one felony charge of evading law enforcement, with a disregard to safety, plus four misdemeanor charges, including drunk driving and driving without a license.
