Due to the volatility of the chemicals found, along with additional materials for manufacturing the fireworks, the items were destroyed. Only a handful of ordnance was found, but investigators say there were large amounts of precursor chemicals and hardware. The Sheriff’s Department says they anticipate the case will be forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office for review.
