Child Support Services Wins Awards

The Sierra Nevada Regional Department of Child Support Services was recently acknowledged as one of the best in the West. The program is being honored by the Western Interstate Child Support Enforcement Council. Child Support Services earned an Outstanding Program Award for its efforts in providing services to Nevada County children and families. Child Support Services Director, Tex Ritter, says it was number of factors that led to the award.

Individual honors were also awarded to Ryan Gruver. Gruver was honored with an Outstanding Individual Achievement Technical/Line Staff Award for his database design contributions.

Nevada County Child Support Services and Ryan Gruver will be honored at an awards ceremony in Wyoming in October.
