CHP Says Storm Driving Behavior Okay Here So Far

Despite the recent snow and rain, the CHP says there have been no major accidents in Nevada County, so far. Officer Jason Bice says driver behavior has been fairly good, overall. But he says there can be a lack of adjustment to a sometimes abrupt change in the weather here, in the lower elevations, from rain to snow…

Bice also reminds motorists to avoid jamming on their brakes in slippery conditions, to prevent skidding.
