Christopher Spencer Wins Champion Market Goat at the Fair

The Nevada County Fair may be over but this year’s fair is living in history for the Spencer Family of Rough and Ready.  Christopher Spencer Jr. is coming home a champion and Christopher’s dad says the developmentally challenged 13-year-old raised his own goat and won Champion Market Goat at the fair.

Christopher Spencer Jr. won his plaque and ribbons for the goat he   named “Shenanigans.”
