Church to Host Benefit Concert for Harvey Victims

Neighbors helping neighbors. That phrase has been used a lot in the Houston area when it comes to the wake of Hurricane Harvey, but you don’t have to live next door to lend a hand. The Peace Lutheran Church is putting on a concert this weekend to raise money for the relief effort. All donations go to Lutheran Disaster Response, which is a national organization that has members in Houston that can help those in need. If you can’t make the concert but would still like to donate to the relief effort, you can make checks payable to Lutheran Disaster Response, and bring them by the church at 828 West Main Street in Grass Valley. The concert is Sunday at 4pm in the church sanctuary.
