Group singing or recitation is discouraged. Cutler says having churches re-open does not mean other large gatherings will be allowed in the immediate future…
The governor has said that the re-opening is for a 21-day trial period, allowing for the 14-day incubation period of the virus to see if there is a spike in cases.
