Police Chief John Foster says the education will be about the smoking ban that was put in place in December. ‘No Smoking’ signs have been put up in the downtown area, and although Foster is not anticipating a lot of citations, fines start at 175 dollars. Foster says the cleanup day is something that was brought to his office…

The cleanup will be tomorrow (Saturday) from 1pm to 2:30pm.
