Citizen Report Leads to DUI Arrest

A California Highway Patrol Officer was able to stop and arrest a driver suspected of DUI due to some citizens reporting the drivers erratic behavior to the officer who was patrolling in the area.  CHP Public Information Officer Marc Morrison  says the incident occurred in the south county shortly after 1a.m. this  morning. The officer located the  suspect vehicle and it was stopped at Combie Road and Higgins.

The 36 year old driver from Grass Valley was arrested on possession of the controlled substance and DUI.
