The Sergeant says when the victim, James Williams, was found  there were a lot of unanswered questions. Investigators were not able to interview the Williams at the scene. Williams had contacted someone in the area and that person called 911 about his injury.
Williams was treated at the scene before being airlifted to Sutter Roseville Trauma Center.
